What Our Warranty Covers
If possum re-entry occurs during the warranty period, The Possum Wrangler will inspect the property. Where re-entry is through an access point that existed at the time of the original service, including an entry point not initially identified, reasonable possum-proofing corrective work will be completed at no additional cost. This applies only to possum access points and workmanship connected with the original service.
What IS Covered
- Possum re-entry through entry points that were present at the time of the original service, including entry points not initially identified
- Defects in possum-proofing workmanship completed by The Possum Wrangler
- Failure of sealing materials installed during the original service
- Defects in one-way hatch installation
- Re-inspection of possum access points relating to the original service
- Reasonable re-sealing or corrective work for confirmed covered entry points
- Workmanship defects in roof repairs specifically listed on the original invoice
What is NOT Covered
- Damage caused by storms, falling trees, or acts of nature
- Modifications or interference by third parties
- Unless specified, possum entry from attached neighbouring properties (e.g. duplexes and adjoined apartments)
- Entry through or possums living in garage roller doors
- Dead animal removal — When carrying out pest control and possum removal, all care and due diligence is undertaken. However, when working with wild animals, it is not always possible to control their movements and actions.
